Slow going
A geologist is showing pictures of the Grand Canyon to a group of visitors. He stops for a minute to explain what makes the place so special.
“It took six million years to create this,” he says with a smile.
One of the visitors looks worried. After politely raising his hand to ask a question, he says, “Was it a government project?” [PERIOD]
